CV / Axle Angles on lowered cars

Anyone here have some pics of underneath their lowered WRX?

If you do, please post them here and tell me about how much your car is lowered.

Just wondering if the CV angle is not too steep when lowered a lot.

Thanks.

Here are some pics from my stock-height 2004 WRX Sedan.

You don't want to go lower than 2", but that has more to do with handling and ride compromises than it does with the axles.

Ah I see . so I guess there isn't much to worry about there. One of the main reasons why I ask is because most newer VW's have some serious issues with low ride heights.

By any chance, do you know how much suspension / shock travel is available after a 2" or so drop? I've thought about getting some ground controls, but I don't know how much travel is available on the WRX chassis. 2-way adjustable coilovers like Cusco Zero-2's are very nice, but I don't think I can afford a full coilover set.. maybe some Ground Controls and Koni shocks instead.

Thanks,
Daniel
