Dow Corning Molykote® AS-880N. It's a high temperature silicone grease that helps prevent squeaking or binding on brake parts. Don't use another product unless recommended for the same type of application (i.e. don't use white lithium grease). I didn't use it when I replaced my front and rear pads but if you can find Molykote® AS-880N at NAPA, I would go ahead and use it as recommended by the service manual. My brakes don't squeak (so far).

You might want to check the manual again. It has diagrams showing where the Molykote® should be applied. Don't apply anything between the pad and the rotor, especially grease!
