the car shakes when it stop?????

my legacy 2001 GT .. when it stop or slow down to almost stop. like RPM is 680 around . the car shakes ..specially i step on the brake ... do anyone knows what happened to ?????? thanks

Car Info: Small, white and fast one

Cut all rotors and install new pads, or change rotors for DBA and install Axxis pads.
