Camber kit bolts smalller than stock?

I was going to do an alignment at school today, as well as fit my camber bolts. I pulled the stock bolt and compared it to the Eibach bolt (still in package) I assumed I got the wrong bolt because it is so much smaller than the stock bolt! So I went home w/o an alignment, but I double checked the P/N and they are the right bolts. How do these things work if the eccentric is smaller than the shank of the original bolt?!

That's how it's supposed to be in order for the eccentric part of the bolt to make camber more positive or more negative. Install them. Don't worry about it.
