there seems to be a 5Zigen unit for the STI Brembos, wonder how it would fit on mine? Wonder how much it runs?

anybody know whether or not the plates are available for a gc. i just looked under my car and it doesnt have the channel like the one in the pics on scoobymods but there are these little protrusions so it looks like the car is supposed to have them.

does anybody know if this one is for a gc. http://www.subaruparts.com/catalog/?section=163 its most of the way down the page. it says 2001 but i dont know if that means newer body style or gc style. since it doesnt look like those plates on scoobymods i would assume its for a gc.
