get a rear sway bar. then you can jack up the front and the rear will go with it. and you don't have to go that high and it's cheaper than the sti spare haha

Im not sure if this is helpful, but I carry a full sized spare on MY02 WRX. Unfortunately the fullsize tire, doesnt fit underneath fully under the carpetting. So it buldges up.
I'm not sure if the ppl in an STi are running into this issue with a full sized spare.
