Best track coil overs under $2500
I want a set of coil overs that are at home on the track more than on the street. I dont drive on the street that much and I plan to hit the track alot in the comming months If I can afford to set it up properly, hints the $2500 limit on the coil overs. I can get out there quicker.
I have had the car almost nine months and it has less than 3000 miles on it. And that is with all the driving I did when I couldnt get the grin off of my face, from finally having one. and it is not my daily driver of course.
I am not brand particular I just want a reliable set of coilovers that work well.I don't really car if they are the quietest, smoothest ,best looking or cheapest . the only problem is the $2500 cap on my budget.
every time I open my garage that grin comes back

Yes I have been to the track once with the STI. It was very nice but I want it a little lower and the ability to corner balance the car.Plus it could always be better right. I want the ability to adjust firmness also. I feel it has enough power till I get the suspension sorted so suspension it is.For now

I personally prefer JIC FLTA2-RS versions. Working with JIC is really pleasant, we specify few details and they build the shocks to our specs and put the springs we want.
We actually just received our own set of the FLTA2-RS for our 04 STi, gotta find some time to install it soon, do corner balancing, and track alignment

The Prodrive AST systems looks pretty damn nice! I'd love to test it out but already spend +2k on suspension bits. It's a bit more than 2.5k you stated, but may be well worth the extra 500 for it.
There is a thread on it some where on here.
Here it is Prodrive AST

i like the setup b/c it works quite well on the track and the edfc makes my laziness easier (just press a button and it changes )
