Standard replacement rotors, like brembos or centric are good. I recently replaced my front rotors with standard centric blanks and added axis deluxe plus brake pads for all 4 corners. Might as well change the fluid also.
Braking is good, just like stock. If I were to do it over, I would have spent more money on some more aggresive pads like Hawk hps or somehing...

I got the "stage 2" kit from stoptech, I really like the brake feel (and I havn't even installed the SS lines!!!)
Consists of:
Stage 2 Slotted brake upgrade includes StopTech stainless steel brake lines for front and rear, 3 bottles of Motul 600 brake fluid, Axxis Ultimate pads for front and rear, StopTech slotted front and rear stock-sized rotors. FITS STOCK CALIPERS.
'bout $600 but its well spent IMHO!!!

I think I sunk $580 into wrx front calaper hangers, h6 rear hangers, goodridge SS lines, and drilled rotors alone.
the rest of my set up is running me
$175 for EBC red stuff pads all the way around
$150 for front and rear calaper rebuild kits and e-brake shoes
$30 for por 15 (painting the nuckels while im in there)
$85 for home powder coating system (doing calapers, hangers and center of rotors)
$20 for 2 lbs of powder
$100 for a salvation army oven (DO NOT BAKE POWDER COATED PARTS IN YOUR MOMS OVEN... YOU WILL NEVER GET THE SMELL OUT)
$10 for new bleeder valves for the calapers
$10 in materials to make my own master cylinder brace.
and how ever much brake fluid will run me.
I do think this is the worst case of a quick weekend project snowballing, that I can think of.
But I do have to say I cant wate till its all done so I can flick off any one that complines about cermaic pads chewing rotors or drilled rotors cracking in road/weekend track applacations.

EBC switched manigment about a year? ago. There stuff before the manigment switch was crap. I keep hearing nothing but good things about there recent stuff.
Still worried about the fact that they are ceramic but according to every one my rotors will crack appart before any thing else can fail. *roll my eyes*

Like I mentioned before in my previous reply, I have Axxis Ultimates. I REALLY REALLY like them, best street pad I have used. They cost about $90 shipped if I recall correctly.
