Alignment Specs

after letting my new h-techs settle (05 wrx; stock wheels) i went to my local suspension shop to get an alignment. problem is their computer only had specs for 03 impreza. i went ahead and told them it was o.k. and the car feels fine. but would this be o.k.?

the only thing i am really worried about is that the spec sheet they gave me (with the toe, camber, ect). it shows a little different specs from left to right. i later found out that my right front tire was low on air. would that have made a difference? should i get it re-aligned somewhere else?
