above 50 mph major shake and vibration in steering wheel, help?

hey i had the same exact problem in my 200 civic. i got into a really bad accident and after i got the car back when i woud brake downhill or just drive over 60 my steering wheel would shake. so i went to the dealership they told me either my wheel was bent, or my brake rotors needed to be resurfaced. but since it wasnt covered under warrenty i just sold the car and made the best choice of my life and bought a subaru =) have any questiosn just ask
