2005 Sti Suspension on 2003 wagon? Will it work?

I recently bought a used 2003 WRX wagon, and want to get started making it handle better. I recently came across a good deal on shocks/struts from a 2005 Sti (USDM) and was wondering if this setup would work well on a wagon. Are there any issues I should be aware of? Would the Sti pieces be inappropriate for the extra weight of the wagon?

Any help would be appreciated...thanks!

It won't bolt up, because the front struts on the STi have a different bolt spacing where the hub mounts to the strut. Also, the rear struts on sedans and wagons are different lengths.
