hi guys,i've been hunting for a wrx for a while now i've found one:
a 02 wrx with deadbolt monster PnP'd vf22 and supporting mods, ecutek reflashed road tuned by Ispeed. the car is currently running @ 18psi.

what should i be aware of when buying such a car?

apart from meilers' suggestion, which is pretty much #1 on the list, you have to consider what would cause someone to spend that kind of money modding their car and then sell it. Occasionally, you can get a very good deal on a car like that because someone's bored, broke, or moved on to another project,. but most often, people don't flush thousands of dollars of mods and countless hours in a garage down the drain by selling a car with that kind of mods unless there's a good reason.
Not flaming here, but if you don't know enough about these cars, or that turbo to know what questions to ask, you need to make sure that car is looked at by someone who does before you buy it.
