Car Info: past Honda owner, shopping for a WRX
![Question](https://www.i-club.com/forums/images/icons/icon5.gif)
This is a fist post, but if things go well than it will be the first of many.
I am looking at a 2006 WRX TR with 22,000+ miles with the seller asking 17,000. It has had a rough history of minor accidents (hit curbs), but those are the kind of things that put a car like this into my price range. All of the work was done under insurance and at the dealership. I know and trust the seller. He is selling it because he got in over his head and insurance after accidents and tickets is killing him.
It has one problem that bothers me. When i borrowed it last weekend i noticed that it pulls to the left. It takes maybe an inch or less of correction to hold a straight line. I wanted to get your opinions on if this is likely to bite me later as frame damage or if it is probably a bad alignment or something trivial like that. I will most likely end up trying to get the frame measured out at a shop.
It is a modded car (which i swore i would never buy a modded) but all of the work was done at Flatiron Tunning. Cobb intake, turbo back exhaust, access port, wrx wing, and fogs.
The details are cherry. The body is in perfect shape and the interior is clean. He spends weekends detailing it. It is an odd mix of a perfectly cared for car that has seen some accidents.
Sound like a good deal?

Maybe the minor accidents did offset the wrx's alignment, its just 70-100 fix depending on your area and shop. But i perfer getting the car aligned correctly before buying just in case.. you don't wanna buy the car and find out that there are more problems than just an alignment.
