Okay, at first they tried their hardest to not cover it but I sent a nice little letter to them about how many times its been in the shop for repairs and politly told them if they did not fix it i would have to let my lawyer look at it and see what he thinks about the situation. The next day they called me up and apoligized and said they were sorry for the misunderstanding and will gladly fix it. So i guess if you keeep a stern hand and dont let them sucker you everything will be okay. So now within 3-4 days i should have my pride and joy back.

congradulations... if u can get free counsel . . . i would still seek it and show him all/any paperwork stemming from future work.
most dealerships will sway if a deal was "shady" to begin with and a lawyer is mentioned- it's cheaper in most cases to just fix the parts rather to go through months of litigation

4000 rpm is 100mph in 5th i think. You should not sustain that rpm for that long though. You needed to basically break it in in town and on the HW. I don't know if you hurt anything or not but if your engine gives you a short life you will know why.
Read that manual. It gives you many good tips on how to treat your car. Like towing for ex. Flatbed only. Did you know that? I say if your answer is no then you should put the keys down and start reading. I think you will like your wrx very much. I just don't want to see anything happen to you or your car because of ignorance. If you read here on i- club you will see that many people try to blame SOA or their dealer for problems, and sometimes they are right. Although they have no problem blaming someone else a lot of times it may have been their fault. Good luck. My2cents
