309WHP, I autocross regularly, I drive hard, I have been t the drag strip many times, yet my tranny is fine.
Phil from TXS's car ran a ton of 11-12 secon runs on the stock tranny, it held fine until he went power nuts (like 450+whp)
The problem with WRX transmissions is THE MORON OWNERS.

That is bullsh$t. I hope you get what you deserve and that is to have your Tranny fixed. A warranty is a warranty. How can they prove or dissprove how you have driven the car. They have not been in the car with you. They should fix the dam thing if it breaks.
I mean it makes no sense. They give you and SCCA membership and talk about how the car is made to be driven and can do all these amazing things and then you go and drive it and they say- well you drove the car and therfore we can not cover yoru warranty. If you had let it sit in your garage then we would be allowed to fix it.
It is stupid.
I have some issues in the cold and wet with my transmission. I will take it in soon before my warranty is up. They better fix it our I will be pissed. I will nto let them get away with the crime of not fullfilling the warranty.
