I've recently been offered an extended warranty by Auto Shield. They say they are a part of Hartford Insurance. I want to buy an extended warranty and I've waited till my car is almost at 36000 miles. Has anyone had any experience with them or any other "Non-Subaru" Warranty?

what im thinking is with a 3rd party ins., not only do you have to deal with them, but also subaru and your dealership/repair shop.

with subaru extended warranty, just subaru to deal with
