2002 WRX wagon, what is it worth?

Here, I got you a really broad estimate at kbb.com.
Manual, standard features in good condition:
Trade-in: $8,075
Private Party: $10,755
Keep in mind, this calculation is in my area, it might be different in yours.

kbb no good
KBB is worthless at extremes of mileage like that. The mileage depreciation algorithm only functions for between 10-25K miles per year. Don't believe me? Put the car into KBB with 100,000 miles, then try with 200,000 and then 300,000 miles. Notice anything?
IMHO, that car, with that many miles per year, sadly, is a time bomb. The only price I would pay for that car would be the price at which I could drop ina new engine and tranny (if it came to that), and still be less than what it would cost me to get a 40k miles used one. In ROUGH calculations, that'd be about $6000
