Looking to get rid of some stuff from my failed 2.2

i have the following

1. Borla Single Port Stainless Exhaust header...its about 1000miles old before i waxed the engine. No Cracks dents anything, in perfect condition. Looking to get $150 plus shipping

2. 2.2 litre SOHC single exhaust port engine that ran really strong until i drained most the oil...i am positive there is no piston/wall scoring or ring damage as it still ran and no blue smoke poured out...just dead rod bearings which created nasty knock and knock sensor retarded the crap out of it...good for a rebuild $100 come and get it.

3. ECU from above engine...works fine...make me an offer or buy the engine and its yours

4. I have a 5 speed from a 91 legacy in working condition, 1st gear whines more than id like $100, take it away, rebuild?
