Camber bolts help you adjust the tire camber. Basically if you are extremely lowering your car you can rub your tire edges along your fender lines. Camber bolts allow you to tilt the top of your tires in or out depending on how you need them. I bought them when i dropped my car with a TEIN suspension, however I did not need them. It didnt lower my car enough to be a problem with clearance. This also effects how your car handles curves and such. I will post a pic of the bolts as soon as I get a chance if you would like.
