WRX/STi miles-per-tankful thread (GUESStimates only, not calculated gas mileage)

2002 WRX
- greddy evo cat-back and pde downpipe
- About 290-320 per tank mixed highway and city miles
I have a blitz BOV that I am considering taking off, Ive read that might help improve mileage, anything can help right now with these prices.

2004 STi 36K miles
Catless turboback exhaust
Turbo inlet hose
TGV Deletes
Walbro fuel pump
76 91 gas
Cobb AP with custom EQ tune
The Good - 300 miles on a road trip to Oregon (cruising in 6th at ~ 2300 rpms)
The Bad - I normally get ~ 240 miles per tank with a mix of street and highway. I drive fairly aggressive.
The Ugly - If I drive around like an ape on pcp I get around 200 miles per tank.

sti up
helix catted dp
ic hoses
spt short ram intake
hks catback
cobb stage 2 reflash (no tune yet)
I get about 270 or so with mixed driving habits. With a tune will my mpg get significantly better?

My last tank got me to 395miles. Did a lot of cruising/barely breathing on the throttle coming down from Tahoe. Although there was a LOT of stop & go for about 5miles through Rocklin & Vacaville. Helped that I put on the OEM wheels & 215/45/17 tires pumped up to 34psi, and am running full synthetic motor oil.
I noticed that when stacked up in columns next to each other, my Rota Torques with 225/45/17 tires are about 3" taller than the column with my OEM wheels/tires.

what I want to know
Is why in the summertime i can get up to 330/tank (max) but when the cold weather sets in it's more like 270 if i'm lucky. I drive fairly hard, mostly city and it's a 2006 2.5i.
