Calculating fuel usage after filling up at the pump gives a much better estimate of actual usage than the 'guesstimate' of miles per tankful. The Impreza gas gauge isn't exactly a precision instrument.

103.9 miles . . . on 5.87 gallons of gas thats about 17 mpg

most was 372 on a tankful.. usually average about 300-320 which is about 22-23 mpg

I get anywhere from 260-320 depending on how I drove for that tank.

05 Sti, no mods on it just a K&N drop in filter im getting 280 miles per tank driving normal, being hard on it 260 at the most.

 

I have a 04 STI and get 200 per tank normally, 250 if I dont get on it.

 

i hit 375 the other day on 14 and some change gallons

the most i have ever put in 15.2 gallons
