Car Info: Ver IV STi Wagon
Closest thing to JDM.
After 10 years in Japan and driving nothing but Nissan's this is the only car I even considered.
Performance, reputation, looks, the sound of a turbo....
All this for around the same price as the Japanese WRX. Screw Lexus, Screw Infiniti, all they do is take the same damn car you can get in Japan, slap another emblem on it and raise the price. G35 Sedan.....BS.
Subaru had the nerve to go for it, and now look where the Japanese car market is. WRX is the breakthrough car that has pumped in the cars that americans have been dreaming about for years.

i love the bugeyes! looks more distinct.
it has enough power for someone like me to push it hard. i think the sti is a bit too powerful for my skill level.
2.0l is what a rally car is supposed to have.
soo many mod options.

and you people so quickly forget why the wrx is here, it was people buying the Imprezas in the late '90s early '00s...the wrx & sti are trim levels of the Impreza

I love my wrx because after everytime i beat on the car it still comes home in one piece. Never had tranny problems or anything after 30kmiles of driving hard. Just alot of tires lol.

And it's a wagon, but not an SUV...I thought about the Forester XT until the night before I ordered my WRX. But it was just too much like my old Montero on the interior and in other ways--I wanted a change and got a LOT more than I expected.

I like it because of the hoodscoop That's one of them. Plus it's a pretty solid car. And for the way I drive and most people here, it's a nice change from the ordinary Civic where you can actually feel like you're driving a sports car without the high insurance and retail cost of a high performance vehical

i love mine cause i have the only one around here.
used to own an Civic Si and the AWD turbo is hella better.
with leather interior and 18's and being the only one people are always like What the hell...i guess its the attention i get and plsu the cops think it a 4 door family car with wheels. Just another little perk. Now if my broke *** could just afford some more mods the k&n filter is gettin old. But all and all ive owned like 20 something cars and the WRX is so much more car and better built then any of my last cars..which were mostly civic coupes hatchbacks and delsols.

Myself, an Eclipse with a big exhaust and an Audi A4 enter a long, sweeping curve that transitions between two highways. The Eclipse is hugging my tail and the A4 is totally riding his rear. I downshift and edge the car into the turn, feeling the suspension "squat," and power through the turn.
I emerge from the turn 10 to 15 car-lengths ahead of both of them, having never broken the speed limit. 2002 WRX, only mods are 17" wheels and Goodyear F1 GS-D3 tires. AWD confidence in a turn: priceless.
