SWEET! I travel to Humicao for work a couple times a year. I've noticed in my travel that Subaru's are few and far between. Also, In my limited travels I never saw a Subaru Dealer. There have been some posting in my company for two year positions in PR, but I've always passed, even though I love the place, and a part of it has been what seemed to be the lack of Subarus and probably availabilty of Subaru parts. Now that I know there is a dealership in San Juan I may have to reconsider. What kind of organized motorsport do you have down there?

Next time you visit here, let me know, and i will gladly tell you were the Subbie dealers are. Car racing is big in here...in fact we have 2 of the fastest 4 cyl in the world. But, theres a couple of killers WRX's in here also.

 

Hey WRX-2K4, have you seen the Java Black Pearl yet? There have been rumours that the black looks almost muddy at certain angles instead of being jet black.

 

The only colors i have seen are white, blue and silver...no black yet, i'll keep you posted

 

Thanks, one more question, kinda techie. Did Subaru release a new performance exhaust with this model or are you guys selling the previous model with this model year? Are the exhaust hangers in the same spot?

 

Well, from what i saw, its only cosmetics changes...everthing else in regards to the engine, suspension, etc...will remain the same, so i guess you would be able to use the same parts, like exhaust, springs, BOV, etc...that are available for the 2002, 2003 model

 

the exhaust should be in the same place ie: hangers etc...
sti will be differant exhaust but the reg. wrx will be the same

He said that they will be arriving end of april, and told me that out of each shipment only one will get the sunroof...is that right? He also said that he has not heard anything about heated seats. Then he tells me that leather seats will be a factory option in june/july. I guess i know more than him, does he not know about the premium package with the sunroof and heated seats? I am confused and upset with that a**. What should I do?

 

WRX-2K4 - do the 04's have automatic climate control like the STi where you can select your interior temperature in degrees or is it still a colder/warmer **** like 02-03 WRXs? Thanks!

 

Well....i dont know about the heated seats, but the silver one in the pic has a sunroof...i'll guess we still have to wait a little more to see what other options are available.

Is the power moonroof available by itself, or only with the premium package? Honestly, I don't care much for the rear spoiler (which is pretty lame in my opinon) or the projector foglights (since I preferred the big ones from the '03s and earlier, or no foglights at all, STi-style). All that other stuff (windshield wiper de-icer, heated exterior mirrors, heated front seats) should be a separate winter package. I really don't need any of those three things, but the heated front seats would be good on cold nights.
