Vinyl decal removal

I am de-stickerizing our EVO after the IAS and I cannot get the goo off the car. Lots of goo.

What can I use to get that poo off the car? The car had full graphics, so I need some kind of a more radical method. Goo Gone on q-tips will not cut it for me.

Are you worried about the paint, If not WD-40. I say that because I'm not sure what it will do to the paint.
