where does everyone buy their wrx parts?
I purchase from several registered i-Club vendors, including Flash N Dash Performance, Gruppe-S, MPJ Performance, S-Squared Motorsports, Vishnu Performance Systems, and others that aren't vendors on this site such as www.clubplug.net for spark plugs, and SubaruParts.com for miscellaneous factory items such as oil and air filters.

I first try to give my business to i-Club vendors because they help support this site as well as help out in many of our member activities such as big club meets and track days.

EDIT: By the way, member jpepps left blank his Location field in his member Profile page but his Massachusetts location practically mandates shipping from most of the vendors in the U.S.

well, since you're out of state, you won't have to pay tax and in most cases that should outweigh the shipping charges on big purchases.

does this mean my state is no good and i cant get anything from these sites?
Not at all. It's just that many of the vendors I shop from are located within two hours or less from where I live so if I'm in the area I can arrange for pick-up. soundwave brought up a good point about not having to pay your state sales tax, which will cancel out all or part of the cost of shipping the item(s) to you, depending on how heavy the item is. Pretty much all of the vendors will ship to any state, although it's more expensive to ship to the non-contiguous states of AK and HI.

I have done most of my business through Vivid Racing. But have also gotten sweet deals from Gruppe-S, and Mach V motorsports (fastwrx.com). All different vendors seem to carry some unique parts that others dont have. But in general most of the parts are within $20 of eachother at vendors.

I've dealt with Gruppe-S, and Oakos so far, both very good vendors!

+1 for MPJ. I get most, if not all my parts from Mike. If you want wheels, subydude.com is the place to get good wheels for a great prices.
