Turbo+Carbuerator=possible
This is to Subariski420, this is totally possible. The first ever turbo application on a drag car was a 1945 ****** coup. It was twin turboed and had two carbs. The carbs were completely enclosed in a box.
This method is used by Vortech today, they have a kit for a centrifugal supercharger with a sealed box around a carb.
The reason this works is because the entire carb must be under the same pressure as the entire induction system. It keeps fuel from getting blown out of the carb.

For the most part, that's correct. There is a minor difference. There needs to be some kind of outside reference for the jetting to work properly. If the carb is fully enclosed and sealed, then you don't get a differential pressure that will make the jets flow properly. The Vortech kits have all the necessary parts to make it work correctly.
