Bikes are light, I don't see a problem with that. I was thinking of towing kayaks but unless I buy a really long one, I'll probably just get a roof rack.
I think the main issue with towing is that the 2.0L in a WRX doesn't have a whole lotta guts in 1st so you don't really want to try and tow anything heavy.
I don't see why the sedan would be any different to the wagon either, you got a link for that awns?

I have a friend who tows a SeaDoo Sportster jetboat with his all the time. He said it works great and its a sedan BTW... In fact the other day when he tried to pull it up his mountain of a driveway with his 2WD F150 the other day it almost got stuck because one wheel was on the dirt. Thats an open diff for ya. He said the WRX never has that problem
