i have a 95 impreza. Whenver i go mudding or large puddles, or it rains really hard and i drive it it for a while there is a large gap in the throttle. Its basicaly 25 percent and then nothing to 75% throttle. once i drive for a while it clears up. Obviously something is getting wet and causing this problem. Any ideas an what it is ?
