Stage Kits or piece by piece.
I notice there are many stage kits out there which cost alot of money ufront, but you get all the pieces right away....i was woundering , can you buy the same parts piece by piece? and is this just as effective as buying it all at once (hp/money wise)? what are the draw backs?

Hi Chilly,
Yes, you can buy the same parts piece by piece. However, it will cost more since it's not packaged as one kit and that's the main drawback. Regarding the effectiveness, it would be the same if you bought the same parts in the stage kit.

There's definately nothing wrong in slowly modding up your car instead of just going with a kit. As far as price wise, My guess would be that it will cost you a bit more money buying the parts individually than if you bought just the whole package. Power wise, you shouldnt lose any HP if you buy all the parts of a package over time. The main advantage with the kit is that everything is ready for you, and you know what to expect.
