yeah it will get dismissed. anytime an officer writes down anything on the ticket that isn't correct then it has to be dismissed. i got a ticket dismissed that an officer wrote down 45+ in a 25 when i was actually doing 90+ in a 35. even though he had me down going faster than the posted limit, i still got off due to his error.

^ you most likely not, if he wrote the temp number on the ticket, he can easily locate the info....
the other dude will get off on the ticket w/o a problem, its just the process that is a pain in the ***... (had to go to court a few times lol) but, in your case its a good thing.

Call and ask for the officer every day of the week and hang up, this will let you know when his days off are, take it to court, on his day off of course. Nine times out of 10 he won't show up on his day off(my in laws are both cops), wich will result an the ticket being dropped. I have a book somewhere called "how to beat a ticket" I'll try to post some more info- good luck

also, I knew someone who got a ticket for like 50 in a 25. He wes really going like 30 but the department hadn't been up to date on calibrating thier guns. Were you really going 90? you might be able to exploit the man too.
