maybe. The ticket is for what he did, not what he did it in, theres a good chance to get it dismissed, but it's definetly no certainty.

I got a ticket recently right before I had plates. But now I have plates so hopefully this will work for me as well.

^ you most likely not, if he wrote the temp number on the ticket, he can easily locate the info....

the other dude will get off on the ticket w/o a problem, its just the process that is a pain in the ***... (had to go to court a few times lol) but, in your case its a good thing.

Call and ask for the officer every day of the week and hang up, this will let you know when his days off are, take it to court, on his day off of course. Nine times out of 10 he won't show up on his day off(my in laws are both cops), wich will result an the ticket being dropped. I have a book somewhere called "how to beat a ticket" I'll try to post some more info- good luck

I've heard that before also, but every court I have been to has traffic court on one day every week at the same time. You don't get to choose the day you go.
