Selling my baby :( couple questions..
Hi all! Just wanted some feedback on the pending sale of my aspen 2003 wrx. It is in immaculate condition, paint is flawless, has full oem lip kit, 2007 wheels and headlights are brand new, no oxidation at all. 89,000 miles on it, oil changed every 3000 miles with royal purple. No mechanical issues whatsoever. Interior is perfect. Bone stock except for tein lowering springs.
My asking price on the car was 12,500. My best offer was 11,300 but buyer flaked. so now my final price with this buyer is $10,000 Cash.
It this a fair bargain to all you OG impreza owners?

Well KBB has the 03 wrx private party excellent condition at 9,400 with the mileage your car has.
Now saying as i had an 03 Id say you could get anywhere from 10-11k. Its really up to you as to how much you want to sale it for...Hope this helps a little

thanks that helps..Just from the subie owners i know their bugeyes are typically in below fair condition (minor dents, old paint, oxidized headlights, and usually run up to 100,000 plus miles, etc)..can i account for the rarity and condition in upping my price well above kbb..because from what i have seen aspen white rex's below 100,000 miles in this condition are hard to come by. so i wonder if the buyer is getting a steal for 10?

According to kbb its around 9450.. i Just want to come to terms with the sale, and make sure that this will be a legitimate bargain and good compromise, because i feel he's getting a major steal.

Yes bugeyes with low mileage and that are extremely clean are a rarities nowadays. Back at the end of 08' i bought my 03, no mods, with 60k for 12k...and that was from a dealer. I would personally try and get 10,500. could try getting more but you have to realize that the economy is not that great and people arnt spending nearly as much anymore. If your in a hurry to sale your car then take the 10k and run

So after searching for used 03 wrxs, i saw the cheapest one (searched within 500 miles of 94089 and for 03s and private party only) was 10,400 stock, with 75k miles...
So based on that i would raise your price a bit as you have a really clean looking bugeye
