Ohh!!! my speedo only goes up to 120. Ha! I had and 87 monte carlo(v8). speedo only went to 85. E.T. 1/4 mile 14.1 at 101mph. I could not have done this because my speedo only went to 85!!! Bite the bullet buddy!!

Could someone clear this up for me. Since when does your car stop when you hit the end your your speedomitor cable? People are always comparing how fast their car is with others by looking at the speedomitor. That has nothing to do with how fast your car goes!! If your speedomitor only goes up to 120 mph it DOES not mean your car can do 120 mph or 120 mph is the fastest your car can go. you can pin the arrow and keep going. I've have seen a friend take it all the way in a circle and up to 10 mph, i think it total to 130mph
