I got a quote of 23200 on a 2004 WRX (no options). What do you think? Is this around invoice?

 

Just curious, but has anyone ever e-mailed SOA directly and asked them what the actual invoice price is (for their region)?

I think subaru's holdback is 3%.

 

Well actually the reason I ask, is because how do you know what the actualy Dealer cost is? Let's face it, the dealership can tell you one thing (and even show you paperwork on it) but do you Really know if that is their cost or not, especialy if SOA won't confirm anything........

Don't get me wrong, it's not a major issue or anything, like I said, more curious then anything else.

 

once available, actual 2004 invoice costs will be posted on www.edmunds.com. Actual dealer cost is typically this figure minus any cash to dealer incentives minus any part of the holdback (3%) that has not been "used up" by the car being on the lot for an extended period. Actual dealer cost does not include any BS like paint sealant or advertising costs.
