I think that altezas are cool on certain cars i dont think that chrome, or silver or any color like that never looks good on any car, but i personally like the dark colors like CF or black, gunmetal you know something to that effect those usually look pretty good depending in the car of course.

I personally like the Altezza look. I think it adds a new look to the car and gives it a cool sporty look to the *** end.
But my Altezzas leak water. And it is frustrating as hell. IF not for that I would love them. I just can nto beleive a company can put out such crap.
When I purchased mine the seller said they were DOT leagle in all 50 states. I got smoked ones. I am goign to keep that sellers listing in case somehting ever happens- then I can blame him.

Alteeza's are a common subject among many car enthusiast(MS) to disagree on. Yes they are ugly, Some look good...it all depends on your car and your set up. For example the WRX is made to be the way it is...physically. it doesn't need enhancement such as the alteeza to look good. Tha't why they are ugly...yes the Red and whites are nice, but when you add on the chrome...it's ugly. Other cars with ugly alteezas, Integras, RX7, 300Z...Now the good ones (Carbon fiber or black internals): Accords, civics, celicas...it just depends on the need of your car.

Ever notice how the red dyes used in many of these aftermarket lenses fade after a few monthes from UV in the sunlight? I've seen a lot of salmon-pink altezza taillights out here in sunny NorCal.

A.every idiot and their brother has them
B. They look like poop on most if not all cars even the ones that they were put on stock (EVO)
and
C. Jesus kills a kitten every time you throw away a perfectly good set of OEM taillights and pay money to own altezzas.... Please think of the kittens... Cute little fuzzy kittens...

I honestly think that the blacked out ones look sorta cool on some cars, but they have to be simple, I can't stand the Eclipse lights that put 6 huge ovals across the back of the car. I was honestly more of a fan of old-school clear corners rather than altezzas, the ones that were just pure white when they weren't on. As for WRXs though, I think the stock lights are perfectly fine, although blacking out the white part'd be cool, and using LED's would be cool.

Altezza's with chrome look cheap. It looks like you got your tail lights at a thrift store or Radio Shack. It makes you look like a fool, like trying to get into a fancy NY night club w/ a K-mart sweatsuit on.
Smoked ones are okay I guess, but I prefer smoked factory looking red/white lights to smoked altezza's.
But as they say, its all a matter of opinion. If you like your new tail lights, put them on and be proud of them. Just realize that some of us will make fun of you for it. And if that bothers you, grow some thicker skin and deal with it.

It is opinion. I have the smoked ones and they are ok. If nto for the leakign water problem I would like them more.
I have the black dual headlights and goign to do dark side markers so the darker tails seem to go.
But to tell you the truth I am done with the cheap ****.
From now on it is good stuff or nothing.
