ouch that looks like a hard impact.
4 car pile up? maybe 5 huh? consdering the Toyota has side damge as well.
I hope you come back in a Subaru again.
Ask insurance company and see if you can salvage those rims and interior bits and pieces without buying back the wreck. Maybe all it takes is getting steelies from junkyard to replace the gold rims.

Yup, that's toast.
Depending on the buy-back price you could probably do well keeping it and parting it out.
Generally, they won't let you 'strip' the car for a deduction because it really affects the salvage value when they go to sell it. Much better to just buy the whole lot, take off what you want, and sell the remainder to a yard. Should prove profitable for you. If you need any tips, email me.

Very sad indeed! nice looking car too. as was said, you would probably do alright to buy it back, part our what you want, and sell to a yard. yards will sell the engine for around $1200-1500. we sold one from the shop i worked at for $1000 and the guy was so surprised b/c everyone else had told at least $1500. we learned our lesson on that one! looks like you could an alright amount from a yard. you could also try to go to a salvage auction. probably more money there. hope everything works out for you!
