hey i jus picked up my 05 wrb with premium pkg on saturday (jan 22) and its awesome. we jus had blizzard the same day in the afternoon of saturday and i went out on sunday in the snow and the suby was great. i love it. its my first stick car and im really gettin the hang of it quick. im soo happy..i love the wrx its a great car. hows urs doin? i kno i had a post b4 about all the mods i wanna do, but as of now i dont really feel the need to mod, i jus wanna get to know my car and really enjoy it and then mod once i feel the need for a little more..im also still in the break in period, the car only has 170 miles on it right now lol, gotta be nice till 1000 so im really not feelin much potential revving to 3 grand and under. it will be a whole noter story when i can rev out a little higher...jus introducin my self too, not to try and steal ur thread, jus don wanna waste and make a whole new one for me...

Thank you for the warm welcome everyone! I absolutely LOVE this car. I'm learning more about it each day - with the help of the subaru sites of course. 
And I promise to do a search before I ask. I'm a moderator on another car site and that is the biggest pain in the butt!!!

Noobie here also.... gonna pick up a used STI at the end of March (unless I just can't resist an 05). Anyway, have learned a ton off this site, love it, well honestly, I am an addict now. 
Big props to all the people who keep the site in shape and in line (and all the good friendly advice from the regulars/subie lovers). Look forward to trading in my GSR for an STI, counting every day lol!

The only thing that is holding me back is the fact that I can get an 04 for with about 10k miles on it for $7,000.00 cheaper then a brand new 05. I could get an 04 at the end of March but an 05 definitely gonna have to wait a while longer... Are the changes in the 05 really worth it is my question... prolly if all the changes in the new to 05 thread on this site are true... Gees I just want one tho!
