First question

Good timing on the new membership because i do have a question and i didn't know who to ask but it's fairly obvious now...
So the question is, what's the major difference between the FLTA 2 and the FLTA 1 coilover? Is it mainly in the valving of the damper or is it just less adjustability on the FLTA 1? I'm looking for a well made coilover that doesn't require the sale of my arm and/or leg and JIC seems to have a firm grasp on what does and doesn't work.

FLT-A1 has 5 way dampening adjustment and it's more for the daily driver / once in a while track person. The FLT-A2's are more for the hard core weekend autocross driver that wants to be able to adjust the dampning 15 ways. You also can request different spring rates that way you can have a super stiff ride if you want. Our suspension is truely meant for racing and that's what we're proud about. Let me know if there are more questions you may have.

Oh and don't forget that we offer a lot of different suspension components for the Subies like Strut Tower bars, lower arm bars, adjustable upper arm link and rear trailing arms.

i have the JIC 505 bullet ti, it doesn't quite have enough clearance from the left rear axle. it rubbed against the piping under certain conditions. it actually got worse when i changed to an aftermarket downpipe. finally found long exhaust hangers and it fixed the problem, but hangs pretty low now. i'm selling it now unfort, but it's a beautiful exhaust, the power gains were noticable and people always complimented the exhast note.

I was just about to purchase a JIC Magic Bullet Spartan 505 SUS exhaust for my 2005 WRX wagon but I certainly do not want it rubbing or rattling... Is this a common experience around this exhaust? I would rather not have to get longer exhaust hangers as I don't want the thing dragging on the ground. Also, I live in New England and I need some ground clearance for our lovely winters. Any info or experiences would be welcome. Any other exhaust suggestions. I want the most power gains I can get out of a catback.
