Need STi purchase advise!!
I've been out of the forums and the Subaru community for a few years and am looking to pick up an STi to replace my totaled Audi.
I had an '02 WRX that was significantly modified & was making about 300 whp & wtq.
I'm currently debating between a '06/'07 STi & an '08 STi.
I'm wondering if the '08+ models are worth the extra costs. Based on power (engine design), suspension design, reliability, power potential, or anything else that's different.
I'm looking for everyone's educated opinion on which model is better/worse based on their experience.
Thanks!!!!

First I'd say witch style you like better. The GD hawkeye or the 08/09/10. If you like the 06/07 go with the 06, the 07 had motor issues.
The 08's I believe are better performers all around stock v stock. But I don't think those differences are enough to make you choose the 08+ over the GD's

And this is why I-club is so much better than the punks on nasioc ... On I-club I get an answer ... On nasioc I get told to not ask a technical question about which model year is better and they close my thread ....
