Need Info on EJ20TT
Hi im currently working on a project, of putting in a Japanese Spec EJ20TT engine into a 914 Porche, what i need to know is what car the engine originally came in, what type of performance parts are availible, and any other helpful info. Also if any one has, or knows where i could get a wiring diagram for the computer and engine harness. Any info would be helpful, because this is my first venture with a Subaru, but I think it will be a neat car since the 914 weights only about 2000 pounds and the TT engine supposedly produces 325 horsepower (280 rated, but i heard it is more like 325).

Holy crap man! a EJ20TT in a 914! WOW! man that thing will haul!
OK, now that I am done drooling I can answer your questions...
1. The EJ20TT is from the Legacy B4 RSK and Legacy GT-B (wagon) and it does make about 280-300 hp.
2. There are quite a few performance parts for it out there but you would have to use japanese sites to find them considering I think there is one other car in the US with that engine! One of your biggest issues that I can see though is the Intercooler placement and finding a intercooler that will fit.
3. Check the Australia Subaru clubs for the Wiring diagram.
Man, if you do this swap you will be the envy of many people (including me!) on this board! GOOD LUCK AND WELCOME TO I-CLUB!

Happy to see you guys like the idea, because i already started on it. Working on the cooling system right now, and ordered the adapter and clutch kit yesterday, but that 2-3 weeks away from being shipped. But my main thing is right now, im trying to find a wiring diagram.
