Ok, here is what i have in mind:
prodrive springs $270.00 @fastwrx
forge %100 Bov $200.00 @stramosphere
gruppe-s uppipe $185.00 @gruppe-s
scoobysport exhaus $1180.20 @cascadeAutoSport
(any cheaper?)
kartboy shifter combo $140.00 @kartboy
Prodrive ecu $n/a.00 @avsport
(where can i get this and whats it cost?)
cusco rear sway $140.00 @gruppe-s
cusco f&r strut $280.00 @gruppe-s
egt/oilP/oilT $350.00 @wherever
(any suggestions what gauges to get?)
FP turbo upgrade $595
$3340 before engine management plus i guess i need an ebc and a knock link to0....
what do you think?
any info/help?
any idea on what numbers i may put down? and will i definetly need injectors, fuel pump, etc with the turbo upgrade?

yeah but that ecu is remapped right? using ecutek, so any further mods would need to be reflashed by an ecutek dealer and dynoed.... thats why i chose the prodrive ecu..... no worries, you can throw quite alot at it too

Your mods list sounds good to me. What about wheels and tires? Remember, the tires are what are putting your power to the road so they needed to be upgraded just like everything else.
I have bridgestone S-03 tirer and they are amazing. Good luck.
