Does any one know where I can get my hands on a manual for the STi? Looking for a Helms manual that has info on all the specs, part nums, how to install... thanks.

It isn't a Helms manual, but you can download the Subaru service manual, tech manuals, and other stuff at http://techinfo.subaru.com

Service manuals do not include parts numbers. That is a separate dealer item and I don't know if they would sell that to you since it is constantly being revised and updated.
