My 01 rs has 86K on it and I just replaced the entire tranny and now I have a power steering leak. I don't have any performance mods besides the exhaust and I got that after the tranny problem. Just had to get my word in and good luck on your next 100K

100K on stock struts & lowering springs! This should answer that silly question that always pops up on the suspension forum about stock struts and aftermarket springs , not to mention the silly answers!

you are all lightweights.
I picked mine up May 26,2001 and its going to turn 133,000 this weekend.
I wouldn't say its been exactly trouble free, but I have to admit I've had LOTS of fun with the car!

i'm half way there. '03 wrx purchased in Nov of '02. 30,000 of my miles have been with a VF34 and various forms of tuning. suprisingly, i've had 0 problems other than the seat recall issue.
do i think it will last another 50k? probably, but i hope it gives out when i have enough $$ for an STi block.

I've got over12k on my 04 and its just starting to pep up!
Been changing the fluids since day one. the rear diff was just horrible dirty at mile 4K. It holds less than a quart so I change it more.
All Motul gear 300, in the trans and diff. Napa full Syn engine oil wich I pay just under four bucks a quart for, it is full syn made by I think Valvoline for Napa. No Mineral oil is added!
Good luck
