jdm wrx questions

I'm thinking about importing a wrx and I was wondering would I have to buy jdm parts too for aftermarket performance or would the usdm spec performance items work on the jdm. I'm assuming the usdm won't fit but not entirely sure. thanks for any info

first just simple like cat-back exhaust and that cobb tuning accessport. but later on complete suspension and more performance things like turbo upgrade and internals.

Exhaust and ECU are different. Suspension pieces are mostly the same.

Sorry to sound kinda mean, but what's the point?

And yeah, exhaust and ECU are indeed different.
