In actuallity
You did not purchase these mudflaps, they were purchased from someone else as a gift to you.
You stated that the mudflaps you recieved were defective,
We asked you to return them to us and we would send you a completely new set, explaining that you may have set that may have not completed the stamping process properly.
As we stated in our email to you. Mistakes sometimes happen, its how they are handled. By offering a replacement set, and paying for shipping for both (returned and new) and an apology for the slight wait, I think we are doing very right by you

On a bad note...this is a complaint against a company
On a good note...we just got to look at some nice mud flaps!
Hey, good thing it wasn't one yellow and one red flap...that would've been funky!

On the contrary, I have found that RALLYARMOR, is one of the most professional and accomidating vendors on all of the Subaru forums. I have recieved their products in a timely manner on more than one occasion. As far as ther wrong color being delivered; vendors make mistakes all the time and you should research how many Rallyarmor complaints there are on the forums. THERES NONE ! That should tell you something.

Reply to Rally Armor Post
I just received a phone call from the owner of Rally Armor and I must retract my previous post.
As a customer I can only make assumptions about a company via the product I receive. While at first it seamed that Rally Armor would be a company to avoid I stand corrected.
I was given a personal apology from the owner himself and will receive the Mud Flaps as soon as he is able to ship them.
Rally Armor is VERY concerned over the quality of there products and while the product I received was defective I believe that this is not the norm but the exception.
I would recommend there products and will probably purchase other items at a later date.

Like others have already said, Rallyarmor is a fantastic and extremely professional company. I have spoken with the owner multiple times, and he has been noting but helpful, he’s an awesome guy. He was a pleasure to do business with. BTW, I have the black on black Mud Flaps on my 2005 CGM STi, and they are great. The quality and look is top-notch. I will defiantly continue to do business with them in the future.

wow.. imagine that.. after a phone call everything is fixed and people are happy ?
did you ask for a phone number to contact them via email ?
99.34% of all problems between vendors and customers can be solved if you talk to them over the phone. I wish more vendors would be more open with the number to contact them at instead of always using email

I ordered a set of blue mudflaps back in November, it took a while for me to receive them.
However, the wait was well worth it. I'm happy with my mudflaps and the way they look on my STi.

Glad it all worked out. I have dealt with RallyArmor (Costas) and found that he goes out of his way to satisfy people. Some may know me as WRX 2NV and they made me the first Rally plate, for a WRX, that had the "U" frame removed. He did a great job on a custom product.

Costas is one of the most helpful vendor owner that ive dealt with he goes out of his way to accomodate and reasonable request product wise he always had top notch quality and superb craftsmanship, its a shame that this thread was started like this, maybe the mods or the author of this thread can revised the title from Beware of rallyarmor, to something more pleasent since its just a case of misunderstanding and its a shame to put a blemish on a name of a Vendor who is a very honest person to deal with. Just my .02 cents

Now, why don't you go up to the top post and use the "edit" button to remove it?
