How much power distribution is given to the front and back wheels?

It depends on the transmission. Manuals are 50/50, and 4EATs are 45/55 (f/r) when maintaining your speed. This is on Subaru's web site in their "How AWD Works" section. It will regularly change depending on conditions and whether you're accelerating, braking, or turning.

Actually the power spilt in automatic transmission Subaru's sold in the U.S. excluding the WRX is 90% front 10% rear. It can vary of course, sending more power to the back, but the default is 90/10
The VTD (variable torque distribution) transmission on the WRX and some other models sold overseas is for higher performance applications, it has something more like a 60/40 split and a different mechanism than the MPT (multi-plate transfer) unit on automatic Foresters, Bajas, Imprezas and Legacys which is supposed to be better. The WRX and WRX STI have VTD.
