Hole plug in bumper
Ive read about all i could on the WRX. I still don't know what the plug in the front bumper is? Anybody?
It has the little square painted plug on the front bumper cover.
I figured its for some cool *** option for a missle guidance system which of course is NOT AVAILABLE in the USA!!!!
Let me know.
Thanks

if you look in the trunk you will have a little bag with a tire iron, screw driver, and a tow hook. im not sure when you would need to use it. maybe if its stuck in snow/mud and you cant get under the car.

If the car is stuck you use the tow hook to pull it out. Generally the tow hooks on the bottom of the chassis are for transport (vertical force) and the tow hook in the bumper is for pulling (horizontal force). Besides, if you use the chassis tow hooks you'll probably fubar your bumper when the tow rope tightens up.
