hi all,S-AFC2 question...
Ok. I am mainly trying to find out about my Apex-S-AFC2. I have had it installed with my AVC-R for couple monthes now and i cant get ahold of the installer anymore. I understand how the AVC-R works but the tuning on the S-AFC2 is a bit confusing. He set it to run rich when he boosted my car about 3 psi more than stock. When im commute driving, i turn my AVC-R setting to Off so i am running stock boost BUT the S-AFC2 is still running rich i think and it doesnt have the user friendly "Settings Off" to make it back to stock fuel injection. I have search for a while and cant seem to find good instructions for the S-AFC2. Can someone help me out on how to tune it. Or perhaps let me know how it should be tuned for a stock engine. Only mods on my car are...
Apex N-1 Exhaust
Turbo XS RFL Blow Off Valve
K&N Air Filter
Blitz DTT
Apex AVC-R
Apex S-AFC2
17 inch Gold Rims (YAY ROTA RIMS,haha)
Faulkin Azenis Tires
Mesh STi Fog covers
Kartboy Shift ****
Also I have been told for performance is useless without an uppipe and downpipe first but its things like this that scares me posted in a previous thread http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/sho...3&highlight=afc
And to top this thread off, check out my cool mods
Notice the Casing I made for the controllers in glove box (yes i made it myself) so i can hide my stuff when i dont feel like looking at it,dont feel like advertising it for theives and Cops.

the safc has two maps, you can set the first one as you want it for your 3lbs over-boost, and the second map for stock boost. i think it is almost all the way back out at the main menu that you can switch between the two maps. it is a pain to tune, and really should be done only by an experianced installer/tuner.
if you are not going back to the main menu to switch maps, you are correct, you are still running it rich while off the extra boost
link not found, btw
