Headlight chime question?
So I picked up an 06 wrb wrx wagon about a month ago and absolutely love the thing. Now coming from the evo world I'm still learning all the ins and out of subarus. My question is, is there suppose to be a headlight chime when you turn the ignition off but the headlights are still on? Any help would be great. Thanks.

I know they turn off when you turn off the ignition. There are a lot of modern cars that the headlights stay on when you turn the car off, and then you hear a chime. I just hate jumping in the car in the middle of the day and the lights are still on from the night before. I don't know, maybe I'm stupid.

wow.. i didn't know of any modern cars.. now i guess Evo's are the first i know of...
even hondas dont... lol nor do modern trucks.. anothing 03+ shouldnt have a chime for headlights staying on, because they turn off themselves with the car nowadays..
well anyways, u wont have that issue in ur wrx.. u can keep ur headlights on while driving and dont have to turn them back off when u exit the car.. they will turn themselves on and off along with the ignitin key!
