Grounding mod

I'm planning on doing the grounding mod this weekend on my 2002 wrx. I was hoping someone can give me some help. I know how and where to do it...but that's the problem. I know you have to put them on the passenger and driver strut towers. Do those bolts have to be torqued to a specific setting, or can I just tighten them as far as a wretch and myself can do? (I don't have access to a torque wrench and I still want to do this mod.) Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. Also, I added the poll to see if the car "relearns" after the mod and goes back to normal.

The grounding mod is very cheap to do....very easy to do......and does NOT "produce" horsepower. It can.....enhance efficient performance.
Mine eliminated an off idle hesitation.

Has no known downsides.......do it!

What this is about the 5th post like this in a few weeks, but my $.02 on it is that the higher output Electronics you are running the more it will help because there will be more "battery" power can get to it faster. By doing this they work better, which is where the added power comes from. For the under $50 I spent to get everything I need, and an hour or two of eazy work I think it is worth it.

I don't think I got any more power but my car's hesitation that I had on occasion went away plus it idles smoother. Here is a page on the install I did:
