lol! Ok, my friend. Today I will give you the benefit of the doubt. Maybe your concluding profession as a writer is due to a recent letdown. Thus placing you in a “bad mood”. Even so, reading your witty condescending replies I am of no match to Professor Dover’s grammatical capacity. In addition I don’t have any more patience for this gibberish. It might facilitate sending of further nasty PMs (hehe). However I do think you are quite funny and we could be pals. Nonetheless I have waving out my window to strangers to do tonight. So I guess ill see you during the next class session. No hard feelings. Oh, by the way. Could you possibly help me with this problem I have with my Defi gauges? I have no idea what’s going on.
Your student,
-Don

Going back to the original post:
Thanks for the super-long story, with very little point to it.
So someone didn't wave to you. Who cares? Really?

Well if you want to sound like a 10-year-old, that's your prerogative. Just don't be surprised when people suspect you also possess the intellect of a 10-year-old.

This crap never happened when the RS and L's were the only imprezas on the road. All of this cold shoulder stuff didn't rear it's ugly head till there were thousands of thousands of WRX owners young, old, rich, poor and of course stupid. The camaraderie of the old RS days will never be rivaled by the WRX owners of today. There are way to many different people buying up WRX Imprezas who just don't care about the Impreza and it's abilities. To them, it's just another damn car. It's a pity that the new Subaru Impreza owners and new i-club members can't experience what we old timers had in the past. It's sad to see the change, it makes me want to own a different car because of the lack of enthusiasm between owners. When I had my Jeep Wrangler, this never happend. We always waved and gave props for our Jeeps. No matter how old or new. No matter where. No matter what.

Well hayscoob, we're all sorry to have elbowed our way into your exclusive club, but there are now 40,000 WRXs alone traversing the nation's highways and biways. Who knows how many Imprezas there are, WRX or otherwise, but suffice to say it's at least couple hundred thousand. The Impreza is not a particularly exclusive car any more. If I waved at every Impreza owner I saw, my arm would get tired. It's just not a big deal any more. When I first got the WRX, we waved at each other. Now there's so many on the road that there's nothing exclusive about it. I didn't buy the car for exclusivity. I bought it because it kicks ***. If you're a car snob, then maybe you should buy another brand, because Subarus are getting pretty damned popular. I would have figured Subaru fans thought this was a good thing.

My problem here is not the lack of waving, sometimes I dont wave cause I didnt see somebody... But when someone sits there ignoring you and THEN drops a gear and floors it and drives like a nut, then that is most assuredly not a good thing and worthy of a story.
